Sharing your home with an animal can be a dream come true or a nightmare. Making sure your animal is well trained will give both of you more time to enjoy each other’s company. Hello, I'm Chris Chappelle founder, trainer and owner of Chris 'Canine Academy L.L.C. I am so happy you choose to be a part of our family. I started this company to help people and their dogs build a bond of understanding while keeping them out of the dog shelters or being put down. So many people give up with their dogs when they can't get results here at Chris 'Canine Academy we do all we can to give every dog a new meaning to life by help your dog realize that when they found a forever home, they can get over any fear that comes their way. We teach not just the dogs but the humans as well that it's ok for both people and canines to live in harmony as long as the canine knows who's in charge. We are balanced trainers who train positive as well as using tools positive and correctly. (We do not care for shock collars and will not use them point blank period nor do we encourage abusive behaviors towards dogs and people). Everything we do is for the safety of the dogs and humans as well as all of our staff. WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING METHODOLOGY?
We are balance trainers who believe that dogs should have a wonderful experience with their training but also that sometimes life gives you curve balls and that's ok you still have to follow orders. With that in mind we give dogs real life problems and challenge them so that when they step out and you step out you have a Chris 'Canine Academy dog. No tools no pressure just your voice and a leash. (we use tools for training sessions only)
WHICH TYPES OF ANIMALS DOES CHRIS' CANINEÂ ACADEMY L.L.C TRAIN?
Here at Chris'Canine Academy we don't discriminate we love all of them from dogs with disabilities, spunky dogs, stubborn dogs And even the shy non-confidence dogs we can train them all and watch them blossom cuase here at Chris'Canine Academy we are loving your dogs for a lifetime.

We are balance trainers well what is that you may ask?? We don't just do positive reinforcement let's be honest life doesn't work with just treats and toys all the time and not all dogs are going to respond to it but with us we tap into what motivates them and build them up rather it be with tools (vibrating/tone collar, clickers, leash correction ,verbal and a few more ) you will see the change (positively of course) happiness and dedication your dog truly desire. We also teach you how to identify the problem before it happens and how to fix it so you and your dog can be safe while you're out and about.
